The documentary of Gustavo Cisneros about the crisis, its causes, frauds and consequences, ‘Mami, ya sé dónde está el dinero’, will be presented on Wednesday, April 5 at 19:00, in the Cultural Centre La Nau. The event, in which the director from Navarre will participate, will take place in the Lecture Rooms Seminar of the Historical building of the UV and the ticket is for free.

The screening is celebrated in the framework of the Week of Global Action for the Abolition of the Tax Havens organised by the ‘Campaign for a Fiscal Justice’ promoted by a dozen of Valencian organisations: AVF-EBC, ATTAC PV, CCOO, CVONGD, EAPNCV, Frente Cívico, Gestha, Intersindical Valenciana, Pobreza Cero, Red Enclau, UGT-PV and Oxfam Intermón. The Cultural Centre La Nau and the Valencian Government will collaborate in the event.

‘Mami, ya sé dónde está el dinero’ (Mummy, I know where is the money), is a documentary produced by Navarra de Cine and RTVE with the collaboration of La Maroma Producciones. It aims at explaining the financial crisis and tries to answer the question: where is the money? The director visits several countries in order to pose this question to experts in universities, research centres, economists and activists. It deals with a multitude of issues: tax havens, bank praxis, millionaire frauds, and the effects of the financial politics on the most vulnerable population, among others.
