According to Emèrit Bono, this book "shows the problems of the Spanish Transition, the difficulties and criticisms that appeared at the time of the approval of the Constitution, and above all the common effort that the transition from a dictatorship to a democracy entailed, very interesting moments both for the fathers of the Constitution and for those who were against it".
The book, which has a chapter written by Emèrit Bono, not only assesses the Spanish Transition process, but also looks towards the present and opens a possible debate. "It is necessary a reform of the Constitution that we have after more than 40 years. The current deficiencies are evident, for example in the territorial issue", concludes Bono.
