This year, the La Nau dels Estudiants workshops are back on-site and are 10 hours-long. In particular, the courses are the following: Planning and time management, Stress control techniques, Learning strategies in the university, Oral expression strategies in academic and professional environments, Written expression and composition skills in academic environments and Getting the most out of spreadsheets. Furthermore, the Building masculinity in the university environment workshop is organised. This workshop aims to promote change by raising awareness about the need of a new definition of masculinity, in cooperation with the Equality Unit. Furthemore, the Gender identity and diversity workshop is organised by the Diversitats initiative. Both workshops are free.

Registration for La Nau dels Estudiants is open from June 20th to August 31st through the online office of the UV. The courses are academically recognised with 0.5 credits ECTS as long as the verification conditions established for each training are met. The free courses do not have academic recognition.
