The LISITT group, of the Institute of Robotics and Information and Communication Technologies (IRTIC) of the Universitat de València, participates as coordinator in three projects of the European Commission, in the field of the Connecting Europe Mechanism. In this sense, it will undertake actions on electronic invoicing, facilitate the exchange of cross-border documents, and strengthen the digital single market.

The objective of the project "POOL-TSPs: Adoption of the eInvoicing Directive through interconnected platforms of European Trust Service Providers" is to support the electronic invoicing providers of the project consortium, composed of thirteen applicants from several member states, to comply with the European standard on electronic invoicing for cross-border transactions. The success and impact of the project is based on the strategic importance and transnationality of the participants and affiliated entities from eight countries (Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Italy and Spain).

The second initiative - "Up-Acces:  Upgrading Acces Points for cross-border e Delivery" - aims to implement the AS4 protocol and update the Service Metadata Publishers (SMP) of the PEPPOL access points of the consortium formed by Invinet, Unified Post, BabelWay and Storecove/DATAJust, used by thousands of customers.  The solutions implemented will facilitate the cross-border exchange of customers' electronic documents and the project will enhance its market presence as an e-Delivery provider.

The third action - "Eid4Spain: Connecting Europe Facility" - will help Spain to comply with the requirements of the eIDAS Regulation and will facilitate access to Spanish electronic public services for all EU citizens and companies using their national electronic ID, thus ensuring cross-border mobility and strengthening the Digital Single Market.

LISITT participates as coordinator of the three projects of the European Commission through INEA (Innovation and Networks Executive Agency), within the multiannual work programme for financial assistance under the Connecting Europe mechanism.
