The Universitat opens the International Entrepreneurial Motivation Programme Pime3UV

The open of the International Entrepreneurial Motivation Programme of the Universitat de València (Pime3UV) took place at the conference hall of the office of the principal, fostered by the office of the vice-principal for Employment and Training Services of the Universitat de València through UVemprén and by the Chair for Business Culture of the University-Business Foundation ADEIT.

In the ceremony of the presentation of the programme took part the Vice-principal for Employment and Training ServicesAdela Valero, the President of the Chair for Business CultureCarlos Pascual, the Director of the aforementioned Chair, Encarna Mazón, and the Professor of the Universitat de València as a coordinator of the training programme pime3uv in the Universitat de València, Esteban Sanchis.

In this 2020 edition, 109 applications have been received (63 in 2019) to participate in the competition and 80 students, who will be able to enjoy the experience of receiving a training module in entrepreneurship techniques for innovative development and participating in a Business Culture Campus, have been admitted (47 in 2019). This training will allow them to aim for one of the 12 grants to participate in the European Innovation Academy international campus, will be held in Cascais, Portugal, from 11 July to 2 August 2020.

This team competition of ideas and entrepreneurial projects will recognise the best proposals in the promotion of women self-employment, the most innovative and creative proposals or to the most cohesive and integrated innovative team.

The conference finished with the first-hand experiences of Elena Álvarez García, a student at the ETSE-UV and Samuel López from the Faculty of Physical Activity and Sport Sciences, students winners of the EIA 2019 scholarship, and a workshop entitled "Innovation in Pime3UV time: I have an idea", given by Alicia Mes Tur, Professor in the Juan José Renau Department of Business Management at the Universitat de València.
