UV wins the gold medal in single golf male category of CAEU

The Autonomical University Sports Championship of golf, organised by Jaume I University took place on 12 November 2025 at the Mediterrani Golf Club in Castellón, in an intensive day of competition in the stroke play in 18 holes modality.
Ricardo Navarro (UV), autonomical champion in the single male results
Universitat de València leaves its mark thanks to Faculty of Medicine student Ricardo Navarro, who won the gold medal in the individual male category. Silver medal went for Manuel Ortiz (UPV) and bronze medal, to Mariano Calderón (UCH). For the female category, medales went to María Aránzazu Llampallas (UCV), gold; Estrella Lerma (UPV), silver; and Mónica Álvarez (UPV), bronze.
Results for universities and sustainability
Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) dominated the university results, followed by the Catholic University of València (UCV) and Cardenal Herrera University CEU (UCH). UV didn't participate in the female category due to the lack of representative. All trophies of this edition were made with recyclable materials to showcase CADU's environmental commitment.
CAEU rugby results
For the CAEU rugby competition, since 11 November, UV male and female teams faced the first rounds in the Quatre Carreres and Riu Túria fields. The male team won against UMH (7–31) after being defeated by UPV (19–35) and UEV (52–0), and the female team achieved three victories: 41–0 against UPV, 26–12 against UEV and 40–0 against UMH, becoming one of the most solid teams of the competition.
