Victoria Díez wins the Greek frieze, a raspall award named Generalitat’s President

Victoria Díez does it again. The player of 1st year of Biotechnology of UV has achieved her second title with only 18 years old. She has won the raspall award Generalitat’s President on October 20th after a grand final against Mar Giménez. The player has become in the new queen of Bankia Elit individual of raspall.
The Valencian player has raised the Greek frieze, championship award, after she has won her opponent, friend and team mate, Mar Giménez, who is also student at UV, by 25-0. The final, which took place in the Trinquet of Alcàsser and qualified as titanic by the Valencian Pilota Federation (Fedpival). “Maybe, this fight of power vs. power and the defense of the Valencian player, who has put it in the game from the rest, have given the key for the match”, explains Fedpival in the published new at the web page.
The handing of awards
The handing of awards to the finalists was in charge of the General Director of this sport of the Generalitat, Josep Miquel Moya; the President of Valencian Pilota Federation, José Daniel Sanjuán, the Territory Director of Bankia, Jaime Casas; the Sports Councilor of Alcàsser, Paco Marí; and the Vice-presidents of Fedpival, Susana Serrano and Elvira López, among others.
As the Valencian Pilota Federation says: “the female hand in hand of raspall adds and wins followers, year by year”.
