Several welcoming sessions for Erasmus and international students studying in the Universitat de València for the first semester or the academic year 2018-2019 will take place on 5th, 10th and 11th September. Most incoming students are from the Erasmus programme, but there are also students of the international and SICUE programmes.

The Universitat de València is a leader in terms of the number of exchange students (it is the third receiving institution in Europe). The last report published by the European Commission, which regarded the academic course 2015/2016, pointed out that the Universitat de València received 2,139 European students of the Erasmus programme. Italians, Germans, French and British students were in that order the most common nationalities.
Our University sent 1,847 students to other European universities within the Erasmus+ programme, including studying and traineeship mobility. The most demanding countries for UV students were the following: Italy, United Kingdom, Germany and France.
