ClioViz celebrates the International Day of Women and Girls in Science by joining a seminar on equality, heritage, and STEM at the University of Valencia. Our researchers presented progress in digital humanities and the gender gap.

At ClioViz, we highlight the importance of gender equality in the scientific and cultural fields, applauding initiatives such as the Educational Innovation Seminar "Heritage and Science for Equality" at the University of Valencia. This event was organized by researchers from the European projects TOWCHED and CHEMINOVA to commemorate the role of women in science and inspire future generations.

During this event, our ClioViz researchers made significant contributions: Cristina Portalés (IRTIC) spoke about promoting science in equality with "Girls for STEM"

Esperanza Villuendas (Art History) explored professional opportunities to close the gender gap through digital humanities.

Laya Targa (IRTIC) presented data on cultural employment in Spain from a gender perspective.
