The Research Group have created his web to adapt it to the new agent of contents and improve the interficie and the accessibility as already it has made in other corporate webs.

The webinar “European enterprises and finance under the “sustainability” prism: Italy and Spain in permanent dialogue” will take place on 14 and 15 December, organised by the European Research Institute and Omninext along with the University of Bologna.

The event is to be held the upcoming February 22nd and 23rd, 2024, in person and in English, at the Joaquín Tomás Villarroya Hall of the Law Faculty of the University of Valencia.

The conference “Perspective on the Insolvency Reform after a year in force” will take place on 19 December in the Hemicycle Room “Joaquín Tomás Villarroya” at the Faculty of Law of the Universitat de València.

The 2nd Valencia International Meeting on Competition Law, “Cooperation and Digital Markets”, will take place on 20 and 21 April, in the “Ascensión Chirivella” Graduate Hall at the Faculty of Law of the Universitat de València.. In-person, online and hybrid attendance is possible.

The conference “Analysis of 8 recent cases of unfair competition and their respective sentences” will take place in the Hemicycle Room “Joaquín Tomás de Villarroya” at the Faculty of Law on 23 February.
