The conference “Perspective on the Insolvency Reform after a year in force” will take place on 19 December in the Hemicycle Room “Joaquín Tomás Villarroya” at the Faculty of Law of the Universitat de València.

Different magistrates, university professors and professionals in the sector will analyse and reflect on hot topics after a year since the Insolvency Reform, which came out following the entry into force of the 16/2022 5 September Law, a recast text of the Act On Insolvency, which transposes Directive 2019/1023 on frameworks for preventive restructuring and debt exoneration.
