The webinar “European enterprises and finance under the “sustainability” prism: Italy and Spain in permanent dialogue” will take place on 14 and 15 December, organised by the European Research Institute and Omninext along with the University of Bologna.

This webinar will cover the impact on sustainability on Corporative law and the finance markets using different approaches and perspectives. Professor Juan Ignacio Ruiz Peris will take part in the Friday 15 session with a presentation titled “The evaluation of accords between competitors that promote sustainability objectives”.
