Diploma - Transversal Approach to Culture in International Cooperation and for Sustainable Development

Paying special attention to sustainability and the SDGs of the 2030 Agenda.

Online through the Complutense University platform on Friday afternoons from 4.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Organised by the Faculty of Political Science and Sociology, University Institute for Development and Cooperation.

The course is scheduled to take place from 19 March to 19 June, and costs 375€.

Diploma on the cross-cutting approach to culture, which should be considered in any intervention/dimension of international cooperation and development, with special attention to sustainability and the SDGs of the 2030 Agenda.

The training addresses the need to include analysis of cultural contexts, in a comprehensive and cross-cutting manner, throughout the project cycle, and in commitment to the imperative of cultural diversity.

It is taught from the areas of international relations and cultural anthropology, with a vision based on the development of communities and the priority of improving the perception and potential of culture.

The content is theoretical and practical, offering a rigorous examination of how the approach works and how to implement it, sufficient knowladge to integrate it into projects and plans, and resources and methodologies to serve as instructions. Simulation exercises and practical workshops will be developed where experts and students will engage in enriching discussions.
