Independent: since we have no political ideology or link to any organisation outside the trade union, we are free to act and so we stand exclusively for the defence of the labour rights.

Professional: every group of workers defends and negotiates its own claims without entries of third parties that may hinder or harm any labour sector demand.

Supportive: by professional we do not mean that any labour sector is isolated or away from the others, our organisation relies indeed on strong values of solidarity, becoming all sectors a one single body when demanding.

Participative: we ensure that all members take part in the elaboration of platforms for demands or negotiations, as well as in the election of its bodies.

Negotiating: we understand that the best way to receive benefits and labour improvements is negotiation, trying to put our representatives into that task while possible.

Demanding: since we consider ourselves negotiators, we declare that we are a demanding trade union standing for workers’ demands and making any action to meet them.

Services: following the record of European trade unions and considering that a central trade union must not only be limited to union action, we embrace welfare, life quality and training of our members.
