SICUE is a national mobility program for university students, promoted by Crue-Asuntos Estudiantiles and Crue-Internacionalización y Cooperación, which started in 2000. This program allows undergraduate students to undertake a period of study at a different Spanish university from the one in which they are enrolled, with guarantees of academic recognition and credit transfer, as well as alignment with their curricular profile.

This exchange system takes into account its educational value by allowing students to experience different teaching methods, as well as the various social and cultural aspects of other autonomous communities and cities.

During the last academic year, the Universitat de València sent more than 200 students to other Spanish universities.
