On 11 June, the 1st Meeting of Socially Responsible Valencian Entities was held in the Botanical Garden of the University of Valencia, organised by the Chair of Business and Humanism and the Regional Ministry of Finance, Economy and Public Administration, with the collaboration of the Chair of Economics for the Common Good.
The event highlighted the achievements of the entities registered in the Register of Socially Responsible Valencian Entities (REVSR), a key tool for assessing and communicating their commitment to sustainability. It also reaffirmed the commitment of the Generalitat Valenciana to promoting sustainability and supporting the business and institutional fabric.
During the day, experiences were shared at a dialogue table with representatives of registered entities such as Mutua Levante, Fundació Nova Feina and Pikolinos, among others. Also noteworthy were the speeches by Nuria Lloret, who highlighted the pillars of sustainability (ecological transformation, digital, social and territorial cohesion, and gender equality), and María Ángeles Fernández Izquierdo, with a masterclass on REVSR.
The event concluded with a closing speech by José Vicente Todolí and a cocktail that encouraged networking among the attendees. From the Chair of Economics for the Common Good we remain committed to promoting sustainability and a more humane and just economic model.
