- Collaborative Research Projects: We invite institutions and organisations to collaborate on sociological research projects, especially those that focus on our specialised lines of research, such as the social construct of bodies, sexual and gender dissidence, and health and medical policies.
- Inter-institutional Research Programmes: We encourage the design of joint research programmes with other universities, hospitals, NGOs, and other entities to explore intersectional and multidisciplinary themes related to bodies and subjectivities.
- Academic Research Support: We offer advising services and other resources to postgraduate students and academics conducting research in our research areas. This may include tutoring sessions, access to our network of experts, and support in the publication of research work.
- Specialised Case Studies: We conduct detailed case studies for organisations interested in learning more about certain social, cultural, and political dynamics related to bodies and gender identity.
- Development of Research Tools and Methodologies: We work to develop and perfect the research tools and methodologies used in our specialised study, those which can also be applied to a wide range of sociological contexts.
- Publication and Dissemination of Research Work: We support researchers and academics in publishing their work in specialised academic journals and in the wider media.
- Research Seminars and Conferences: We organise and participate in seminars and conferences, providing a forum for the presentation and discussion of recent research in our areas of study.
- International Research Networks: We encourage the formation of international research networks to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and collaboration among researchers from different countries and disciplines.
Each of these opportunities is designed to advance knowledge and understanding in the areas of interest to our group, while also encouraging collaboration, innovation, and academic exchange.
