In the poem "L'engany," Maria Beneyto declares: "But I never made a silence more compact than mine / The vivid paths of the most intense vision haunted me."
Teresa Pascual, Mª Àngels Francés, Àngels Gregori, Bibiana Collado, and Carme Manuel will discuss the "compact silences" surrounding the writer's life and poetic and narrative work, from the masking of her birth date to her family's political past, her personal and literary friendships, and those who were part of her most intimate life.
