Implementation of a Welcome Kit for students.

Provide students with informative documentation of their interest regarding the training content, objectives and administrative management that entails the accomplishment of the training action.

2. Scope of action

This proposal is confined to the local scope (Castellón de la Plana, Valencian Community).

4. Summary

By means of the “mental map” file, the information sheet “students' rights and duties”, the “evaluation timing” of the modules of the certificate of professionalism and the calendar of school days of the course, we get the student to perceive everything they are expected to do during the course and we centralise the information of their interest.

The documentation, delivered on the first day, can be discussed after the official presentation of the course. This practice resembles those used by multinationals when new employees enter the company for the first time, so they can understand what their tasks will consist of.
