The lecture will be delivered by Francisco Aldecoa Luzárraga, Honorary Professor at UCM, Professor of International Relations, and President of the Spanish Federal Council of the European Movement.

It will take place on Monday, 2 February, at 11:15 a.m., in the Assembly Hall of the Faculty of Law.
