Our Research Group on Psychosocial Well-being in Childhood and Adolescence contributed to this international initiative for peace and the good treatment of children and adolescents.

The Independent Council for the Protection of Children (CIPI), the Association for Childhood, Culture and Education (AICE) and the Association for Peace Promotion celebrated the International Conference on Childhood, Adolescence and Youth as part of the 2018 International Project Childhood Conference.This event is a commitment of 200 social and academic institutions to present practical proposals and research results that contribute to a culture of peace and good treatment of children.

In October and November, the itinerant event took place in cities in Spain, Morocco and Mexico, with lectures by international experts on childhood.

At one of the sessions in Valencia, members of our research group presented the lecture ‘Relationship between peer and intimate partner violence among adolescents, on and off social media.’
