- Analyse the representation of colonisers and colonised subjects in colonial propaganda photography and vernacular photography.
- Analyse the legacy of visual representations of slavery, the slave-like work conditions post abolition, and modern-day colonialism.
- Propose museum strategies that enable symbolic restitution of a colonial past that has so far been narrated by the colonisers.
- Develop curated projects and exhibitions that invite viewers to think about the links between the past and the present from the perspective of decolonisation.
