The main goal of this research group is to study the motivation of individuals in contexts of success. More precisely, the aim is to explore the processes that favour involvement in and commitment to activities, as well as the development of well-being. Lastly, the group is working on ways to apply theoretical and research knowledge by elaborating tools that would allow to create positive environments that favour optimal well-being and development.
