Novel and chalcogen composite nano@materials as analyte pre-concentration, imaging and detection tools: From environmental to proteomic studies

  • December 14th, 2017

The SUPRAMOL (Supramolecular Chemistry Research Group) organises a seminar titled ‘Novel and Chalcogen Composite Nano@Materials as Analyte Pre-Concentration, Imaging and Detection Tools: From Environmental to Proteomic Studies.’

Dr Carlos Lodeiro Espiño of the UCIBIO@REQUIMTE, Faculty of Science and Technology of the Universidade de Lisboa, will hold a conference titled ‘Novel and Chalcogen Composite Nano@Materials as Analyte Pre-Concentration, Imaging and Detection Tools: From Environmental to Proteomic Studies’ on Thursday, 14 December 2017. The event will take place at 11:30am in the Assembly Hall of the Research Institutes of the Science Park of the Universitat de València.

Dr Lodeiro Espiño will explore the use of new nanomaterials composed with chalcogens for analyte pre-concentration, as well as imaging and detection tools. The applicability of these materials in studies ranging from the environment to proteomics will also be discussed. The conference is aimed at researchers, students and professionals interested in advanced applications of nanomaterials in various scientific disciplines.
