Entrepreneurship is not made for everyone but Santander X Explorer, it is. Give yourself twelve weeks to try, make mistakes, learn, get inspired, but above all, to turn your idea into something tangible. Your idea could turn into a potential source of income and you could do it with people by your side who do not conform to the world in which we have to live.

During twelve weeks, you will be working on your project, testing if it can turn into a solution which contributes to make the world a better place, achieving one of the 2020 SDGs. 

Methodology: A practical and dynamic community learning approach so that networking is present from day one. The programme is designed for you to live a transformative experience by connecting with people like you who want to make the world a better place through sustainable projects.

Programme content 

 ● Welcome. During the week preceding the start of the programme, you will have access to multimedia content, so that you know how the different work environments, how group sessions or the Q&A work, which resources or tools you have at your disposal...   

● Get ready. In the first section of Santander X Explorer, you will learn to organize yourself into a team and/or community and to examine the ethics that should surround any project. Moreover, you will explore the potential of your idea through a framework in which knowledge sharing and peer learning will have a crucial role.  

● Research. In this section, you will use different research procedures to identify your potential client and create your value proposition, by putting people you want to help with your solution at the centre.  

● Fix & Build. This module will guide you in building a minimum viable product and prototyping your solution. At the same time, you will be working on the creation of an effective landing page to bring your proposal to the audience. 

 ●Monetise. You will learn all about business models and forms of financing, as well as learning to develop the financial forecasts of your project. 

● Storytelling. You will know how to tell costumers, potential partners and investors, your solution.  

Admission process 

Complete the application form with your information and the information of the project and do not forget to extensively explain your motivation for being part of the programme.

IMPORTANT: If you apply as a team, each member must complete their application. Only the project leader must identify as such. This is vital for handling properly your project selection.

Select the university or institution through which you wish to participate in the programme. We recommend you to choose the centre in which you are studying or you have studied. If it does not appear in the list, select the option “other”.

If you pass the selection filter, we will contact you a week before the start of the programme. Then, you will be an Explorer! From here, you would receive all the instructions to start and you would have access to the online workspace, where the other Explorers will be.

Remember that if any of the team members are not registered with the project, they will not have access to the training platform and will not receive its certificate of completion.
