Between June 12 and 15, FORTHEM has gathered at the University of Jyväskylä (JYU), in the framework of the Partner Universities and University Staff Exchange Week, those responsible for the tasks of the Mission "Skills and Competences". The Entrepreneurship Unit of the University of Valencia (UVemprén) has participated as responsible for establishing an entrepreneurship network within the FORTHEM Alliance.

In the various scheduled meetings we were introduced to topics such as open universities in Finland, how they are facing the skills of the future (artificial intelligence) or pedagogy in higher education. The objective was also to coordinate and work together to advance in the implementation of the tasks, as well as to share the work we are doing. A monographic session was held on communication in the field of FORTHEM and we also had parallel meetings with those responsible in their university for each of the thematic areas. In our case, we visited the "Startup Factory", the incubator linked to their university, they explained their model and we visited their facilities. We are committed to continue collaborating and we expressed our interest in sending interns to the incubator or to one of their startups.
