Begoña Giner Inchausti and Amparo Ruiz Llopis receive the Enrique Fernández Peña Award for the History of Accounting 2021

Begoña Giner Inchausti and Amparo Ruiz Llopis, professors at the University of València, receive the Enrique Fernández Peña Award for the History of Accounting, 2021 edition, for their work "Family entrepreneurial orientation as a driver of longevity in family firms: a historic analysis of the ennobled Trenor family and Trenor y Cía. ", published in Business History.

At the XXI AECA International Congress, held on September 22-24, 2021, the Enrique Fernández Peña Award for the History of Accounting 2021 was presented, in its twenty-sixth edition.
Established by the AECA Accounting History Commission, and sponsored by the Illustrious Central College of Mercantile and Business Graduates, it awards the best work on accounting history published or presented at conferences, work meetings or similar, during the annual period to which it refers.
The jury unanimously decided to award this edition of the ex aequo award to the article "Family entrepreneurial orientation as a driver of longevity in family firms: a historic analysis of the ennobled Trenor family and Trenor y Cía.", By Begoña Giner Inchausti and Amparo Ruiz Llopis , from the University of de València, published in Business History, and the book "El Banco de San Carlos in Galicia (1783–1808), by Francisco Cebreiro Ares.
