If you are an early stage researcher (ESR) and would like to develop your transversal and research-related competencies as well as networking within and outside academia, we offer you a range of training and support measures for ESRs in the FORTHEM ACADEMY FOR EARLY STAGE RESEARCHERS (ESR), such as workshops, master classes or individual support measures.
In addition, if you participate in the FORTHEM Annual Conference you can showcase your individual and team research projects to the participating audience. This Alliance Academy also offers you the opportunity to participate in open science project competitions and new FORTHEM dissemination and publication options, such as our new online open access FORTHEM Journal.
