Inmaculada Silla holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Valencia (Ph.D. Best Award 2008). She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Work, Organizational and Human Resources Psychology. She has participated in several leading international programs, including the International Joint Master's in Research in Work and Organizational Psychology (IJMRWOP) and the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's Degree (EMJMD) in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P).
Since 2018, she has been a member of the IDOCAL Institute (Institute for Research in Human Resources Psychology, Organizational Development and Quality of Working Life). Previously, she conducted her research at the Socio-Technical Research center (CISOT-CIEMAT). Her research focuses on organizational and safety culture and its impact on well-being, performance, and safety in high-risk organizations. She has also contributed to the development and validation of qualitative and quantitative methodologies for assessing safety culture.
