22nd Meeting of Young Researchers in Ancient History "Materiality, ritual and community in Antiquity"

The submission of proposals to participate in the XXII EJIHA is still open! The meeting will be held in online format between the 20th and 22nd of December. The deadline for abstract submission is 16 October (may be delayed).
Proposals are welcome from all that make up the Humanities and Social Sciences, as long as they deal with case studies or examples related to any culture of the ancient world: Ancient History, Archaeology, Philology, Philosophy, Classics, Anthropology or Sociology.
In addition, this year we have two guest speakers who will give the following lectures on December 20th:
- Profa. Allison Emmerson (Tulane University, New Orleans): "Beyond Death Pollution: The Archaeology of Roman Grief".
- Prof. Greg Woolf (University of California, Los Angeles): "Kinship and Roman Religion: between the individual and Roman Religion: between the individual and the city".

EJIGA participants will be given priority for the publication of their work (whether it is presented at the EJIHA or any other article they wish to submit) in the next issue of Antesteria. Debates de Historia Antigua
