It follows the reference model and minimum standards of the European Curriculum in Psychology WOP-P, established by the European Network of Work and Organizational Psychologists (ENOP), as well as the main guidelines developed by the EUROPSY model for the European Qualification in Psychology supported by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA) and for the Advanced Certificate in WOP (EAWOP, European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology). In fact, the reports produced by both EFPA and EAWOP (task force on the Advanced European Certificate in W&O Psychology) consider the WOP-P Masters to be an example of specialised education recommended to W&O Psychologists in Europe.
