This Master's degree is aimed at graduates in Physics, Environmental Science, Geography, Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics, engineers and architects.
This Master's degree is an opportunity to learn about the aspects of space technology that are not accessible in regular education but which constitute the basis of remote sensing techniques. It will prepare university graduates to begin their activities in the research or professional field with the necessary knowledge to make the most of new technologies.
The Master's degree is part of the studies offered by the Postgraduate Centre of the University of Valencia, and is organised by the Department of Earth Physics and Thermodynamics.
Other professors from the Departments of Geography and Electronics Engineering of the University of Valencia and from the University of Castilla-La Mancha participate, as well as lecturers from the Instituto Nacional de Meteorología (INM), the Fundación Centro de Estudios Ambientales del Mediterráneo (CEAM), the Centro de Investigaciones sobre desertificación (CIDE-CSIC) and the Technical University of Valencia.
It offers specialisation for students whose field of study is remote sensing, or specialisation as a diversification of the students' education, not necessarily in their field of knowledge.
