The Goethe-Institut Madrid and the University of Valencia signed a cooperation agreement to integrate new practice-oriented approaches into teacher training. The aim is to strengthen the teaching of German by providing additional support to the teaching staff at the University of Valencia.
The Goethe-Institut sets internationally recognised standards in the teaching of German as a foreign language. Through this new cooperation, the “Deutsch lehren lernen (DLL)” training and professional development programme is integrated into the Master's in Teaching Secondary Education (Foreign Language: German) and the Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages and Their Literatures (maior in German) at the University of Valencia.
