Next Friday, April 11th-11:00 a.m., at Espai Cultural, we will host the dramatized reading of the play The Presence of Absence (A Cuban Nocturne), performed by students of the Degree of English Studies. The reading will be followed by a talk and conversation with the author, Cuban-American playwright Andrea O'Reilly Herrera. This event is organized by: LÈNA Research Group (North American Ethnic Literatures in a Global Context Ref. GIUV2019-457) in collaboration with the Consolidated Teaching Innovation Group NAPCED (New Applications of Critical Pedagogy to Digital Education in Literature and Audiovisual Culture Ref.
