The European Master in Psychology of Work, Organizations and Human Resources (WOP-P) is a postgraduate university program, which is supported by the European Commission through the Erasmus Mundus Program. Its objective is to contribute to the training of professionals in the discipline from a European perspective.
The Master introduces the main guidelines developed from the Euro-Psych model for the European Diploma of Psychology (EDP) endorsed by the European Federation of the Psychological Association (EFPA). It also follows the Reference Model and Minimum Standards of the European Curriculum in Psychology WOP established by the European Network of Work and Teachers of Organizational Psychology (ENOP).
Four European universities participate: University of Valencia (Spain) as the coordinating institution, University of Barcelona (Spain), Alma Mater Studiorum-Università di Bologna (Italy) and the University of Coimbra (Portugal), and different non-European universities.
The duration of the program is two years full time, with a teaching load of 120 ECTS credits (60 per year). The languages used for teaching and for exams can be any of the following: English, Portuguese and Spanish.
