Prof. PhD Ana Montesinos García, Titular Professor of Procedural Law, Member of the researcher Group MedArb of the Universitat de València, has conducted a month stay (25th July – 25th August 2018).

Obtaining a scholarship from the Valencian Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sport of the Valencian Government for the conduct of stays in Centre for investigation located out of the Valencian Community addressed to PhD research staff has allowed PhD Montesinos to stay a month in the University of Montréal (Canada).

Professor Montesinos has joined the research team of the Laboratory of collective action of the Faculty of Law directed by the Professor PhD Catherine Piché. The research stay has allowed her to analyse the pioneering Canadian system of collective action in depth.
