On 21st February, the professor Carlos Esplugues took part in the conference "La incidencia de la jurisprudencia del TEDH en el ordenamiento jurídico español”. He is a professor of International Private Law, Director of Master’s Degree in Law, Business and Justice and a researcher of MedArbValencia and PROMETEO GVA 2018/111 of the Universitat de València.
The conference was organised by Enrique Martínez Pérez at the Universidad de Valladolid. Apart from moderating the debate "Estado de Derecho”, the professor imparted the conference "ADR y artículo 6 del Convenio”, in which he discussed the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights in terms of arbitration.
