On 2 July 2025, Dr. Silvia Barona participated in the course ‘Eficiencia procesal e Medios adecuados de solución de conflitos: a solución definitiva para a xustiza española?’ (‘Procedural Efficiency and Proper Conflict-Solving Means: The Definitive Solution fo Spanish Justice?’), organised by Facultade de Dereito of Universidade da Coruña and the Colexio de Avogados da Coruña.
Professor Barona addresses the current challenges that the Spanish legal system is currently facing and the need of reforms that guarantee a closer, more agile and committed with social and environmental sustainability in her sessión ‘En busca de una Justicia sostenible social, eficiente y medioambiental: la reforma organizativa como eje’ (‘In Search for a Socially-Sustainable, Efficient and Environmental Justice: Organisation Reform as an Axis’).
