Professor Silvia Barona Vilar, lecturer of the Master’s Degree in Law, Business and Justice of the Universitat de València and director of the MedArb group for Excellence takes part on the International Conference “20th anniversary of the adversarial system. State of Play and Remaining Challenges” organised by the Ministerio Público de la Provincia de Buenos (Public Ministry of the Buenos Aires Province) in Argentina.
This conference took place on 12th September 2018, on the Podestá Theatre in La Plata (Buenos Aires). Professor Barona gave an excellent conference about “The value of consent in criminal proceedings”.
