
Professors Silvia Barona and Carlos Esplugues participate in the International Seminar "Quo Vadis Civil Justice. From efficiency to guarantees, from courts to arbitration. Solution or problem" held at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Norbert Wiener University in Lima (Peru) on 30 April 2019.
Dr Dr h.c. (mult) Silvia Barona Vilar, Professor of Procedural Law at the Universitat de València, Director of the MedArbValencia Group of Excellence at the Universitat de València and IP of the MINECO DER2016/74945-R Project and Prof. Carlos Esplugues Mota, Professor of Private International Law at the Universitat de València, Director of the Official Master's Degree in Law, Business and Justice at the same University and researcher in the aforementioned MINECO DER2016/74945-R Project have participated as guest speakers in the international seminar "Quo Vadis Civil Justice. From efficiency to guarantees, from courts to arbitration. Solution or problem" held on 30 April 2019 at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Norbert Wiener University in Lima (Peru). Dr Roxana Jiménez, professor at the same university, took part in the event.
After the presentation by Dr Pierino Stucchi López Raygada, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the Norbert Wiener University and former student of the Master in Law, Business and Justice of the Universitat de València (Spain), Professors Barona spoke on the subject "Quo Vadis Civil Justice. From efficiency to guarantees, from courts to arbitration. Solution or problem". On the other hand, the conference of Prof. Esplugues was on the subject "Around the new developments in international commercial arbitration".
