Dr. Raquel Borges Blázquez, post-doctoral researcher of the PROMETEO 2018/111 Group of Excellence, has given a conference at the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University in Lima (Peru) under the title “La lucha contra la violencia de género desde el proceso penal” (Spanish for The Fight against Gender Violence from the Criminal Process).

At the end of the conference, a lively debate was held on the use of criminal law to fight against gender-based violence and the need to invest in prevention and education in values in all educational settings, including the university.
