Algo más que una ficción (Spanish for The criminal liability of the arbitrator and the arbitration institutions. More than fiction).
The work deals with the different types of criminal offences in which the possible criminal liability of the arbitrator is expressly included, but also those cases in which such liability is related to the duty of confidentiality that LA 2003 imposes on the arbitrator. It also analyses the various cases in which arbitral institutions may be criminally liable, taking into account that they may be so in their capacity as legal persons following the reforms of the 2010 SC.
