Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Carlos Esplugues, Professor of International Private Law at the Universitat de València, member of the Group of Excellence GVA PROMETEO 2018/111 and Director of the Master in Law, Business and Justice of this University, has participated together with other prestigious national and foreign specialists in the Tribune of the Instituto de Derecho Iberoamericano (IDIBE).

His intervention is entitled "COVID-19 y libre circulación de inversiones: un (muy) difícil matrimonio" (Spanish for COVID-19 and the free circulation of investments: a (very) difficult marriage) and deals with the impact that the coronavirus crisis is having on the free circulation of capital and investments, both in Spain and on a comparative level.
