Professor Elena de Luis García, a member of the MEDARB research group and a contracted researcher in the Prometheus 2018/111 Project "Keys to civil and criminal justice in the society of fear", is carrying out a research stay at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, in Heidelberg (Germany), a world reference research centre in international law and human rights.

Dr de Luis' work during her stay at this institution will focus on the study of the project to create an international arbitration tribunal for human rights disputes arising from business activity.
