On 28 May took place an academic meeting at the Peruvian Institute of Criminal Procedural Science (INCIPP), in Lima (Peru), in which Dr Silvia Barona Vilar, member of the JUSOST project, participates as speaker. Her intervention, titled ‘Nuevos conceptos, retos y desafíos del proceso penal del siglo XXI’ (New concepts, challenges and defiances of criminal proceedings of the 21th century), addresses the contemporary challenges that criminal justice faces in global scenarios.
The participation of Professor Barona not only allows a profitable academic exchange but also opens new lines of collaboration between the JUSOST research group and the INCIPP, thus strengthening the international bonds of the project and its commitment with a sustainable and open to dialogue justice.
