On 31 May 2025, Dr Silvia Barona Vilar spoke at the International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence and Public Law organised by the Civil Association Chaska Amaru (Peru), in collaboration with representatives of Peru, Spain, Italy, Colombia and Mexico.
Her talk titled ‘Inteligencia artificial y proceso’ (Artificial Intelligence and Procedure), addressed the challenges of the incorporation of new technologies in the procedural sector.
The symposium was consolidated as a space of high level exchange where the impact of artificial intelligence in public law was explored encouraging academic cooperation between countries and shared legal reflexion on current challenges.
