Dr. Silvia Barona Vilar publishes an article on post-coronavirus civil justice in the journal Actualidad Jurídica Iberoamericana N 12 bis May 2020, from the crisis to some of the reforms being contemplated.
This is a monographic issue of the Revista Actualidad Jurídica Iberoamericana directed by Prof. José Ramón de Verda, Professor of Civil Law at the Universitat de València, which covers in all areas of knowledge the changes that in extremis have had to be incorporated into the legal system (not only Spanish but also Italian and Latin American) as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This article analyses the procedural reforms that have already been incorporated into civil law, as well as some others that have been announced as imminent.
