The publishing house Tirant lo Blanch, the first Spanish legal publishing house by impact index, has just published the work "Tratado de inversiones y arbitraje de inversiones en Iberoamérica" (Spanish for Investment Treaty and Investment Arbitration in Latin America) edited by Prof. Dr h.c. mult. Carlos Esplugues, Director of the Master in Law, Business and Justice at the University of Valencia, member of the MedArbValencia Group of Excellence and the PROMETEO GVA2018/111 Group.
The work, in which outstanding Latin American specialists in the field participate, includes the participation of several students of our Master's Degree, such as Profs. José Luís Guerrero Becar (Chile), Claudia Castro (Honduras), Pierino Stucchi (Peru) or Ivette Esis (Venezuela). And it is called to become a reference text on the subject, a "must" for all those who want to know about this relevant topic.
