On May 15, 2018, at the close of the "International Congress - Arbitration and Mediation. A look from Comparative and Chilean Law", celebrated within the framework of the Ring-MASC project directed by Dr. María Fernanda Vásquez, was the presentation of the book "Treaty of Arbitration in Chile. Domestic and international arbitration".
The presentation was given by Dr. Silvia Barona, Professor of Procedural Law at the Universitat de València, Director of the MedArbValencia Research Group of Excellence and member of the faculty of the Master's Degree in Law, Business and Justice at the UV. In her presentation, Dr. Barona highlighted the quality and ambition of the book and praised the figure of Dr. María Fernanda Vásquez as one of the greatest specialists in Latin American arbitration. Dr. Barona predicted that the work, published by Thomson Reuters, will soon become a reference in the field in Chile.
