On 11 June, Dr Silvia Barona Vilar participated as an international speaker in an academic act celebrated in the Real Colegio de España in Bologna, in the framework of the activities organised by the Dottorato in Scienze Giuridiche (Doctorate in Legal Science) of the Università di Bologna.
Invited as expert in procedural law, Professor Barona taught a conference titled ‘La Ley Orgánica 1/2025: il nuovo processo civile spagnolo’ (the new Spanish civil procedure), in which she analysed the main news, challenges and perspectives of the recent reform of the civil procedure in Spain.
Her talk sparked great interest among the academic public and doctoral students, promoting legal exchange between systems and ensuring once again the commitment of the JUSOST project with international projection and critical analysis of the legal reforms for a sustainable justice.
